For individual reservations:
  • After your reservation is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration and/or hotel reservation to the primary email address associated with your account. You may log back in to the Registration and Housing website at any time to access your confirmation and resend it to the primary email address on file, or any additional address that you wish to send it to.
For groups with 10 rooms or more:
  1. Log in to your group account online: ACR Group Block Management. If you do not know your login credentials, please send us a message.
  2. Select Booking List under Management Tools, and sort by Confirmation #, Hotel Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Last or First Name.
  3. Select Report Now or Download to an excel file.
