For individual reservations:
  • After your reservation is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration and/or hotel reservation to the primary email address associated with your account. You may log back in to the Registration and Housing website at any time to access your confirmation and resend it to the primary email address on file, or any additional address that you wish to send it to.
For groups with 10 rooms or more:
  1. Log in to your Group Block Management account online. If you do not know your login credentials, please send us a message to request that they be re-sent.
  2. Select Booking List under Management Tools.
  3. You may sort your booking list by Confirmation #, Hotel Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Last or First Name. Select if you would like to view Roommates or Frequent Guest# and select Report Now or Download to an excel file.
